Please Note:
- Requests may take up to 2 business days to fulfilled.
- Please do not text to ask me if you have refills. Look at your bottle to see if there are any refills. If it was filled prior to our last appointment and there are no refills, there will likely be new prescriptions on file from our most recent visit.
- Call your pharmacy if you are unsure. If they say no refills are available, ask if there are any prescriptions on file (which are new prescriptions and not refills).
- Please contact pharmacy over the phone regarding controlled substances, especially stimulants, as they sometimes do not show up on the pharmacy apps. Stimulants legally are not allowed to have refills, but you will need to ask if there are any prescriptions on file and what date they are allowed to be filled.
- Not all medications can be refilled without an appointment. I will contact you if that is the case.
- Do not submit multiple requests for the same medication.
- Do not text my office phone for medication refill requests.
- Do not text my office phone to tell me you have put in a refill request.
